The hiring process was very quick and felt rushed. I applied for the job and the next day I was offered an interview for that same week. Needing a job, I went in for the interview only to find it was not quite the company I thought I had applied for. Thinking it was more like a marketing firm in which I would work be a marketing associate assigned to specific campaigns, I ended up being interviewed for an entry-level sales position. Via phone I was told my interview would be one on one but when I arrived it turned out that another person was interviewed at the same time as me - for the same position. It wan an awkward interview to say the least and the whole thing lasted less than 5 minutes. The lady who interviewed me was very kind, however, it was not the type of company or position I was looking for.
