HR Certification Institute interview questions

My staffing agency found this opportunity and asked me if I was interested. I arrived to HRCI 2 days later and met with the HR rep. She asked me several questions, then I interviewed with the director of Test Development. Once I finished with the Director, then I spoke with the Director of certification proud. Each interview with each person lasted about 30 min. My temp agency called me later that day and told me that they would like to offer me a position. I temped for 6 months and then got offered a full time gig with the company.

Simple process starting with online app, phone screen, then a series of interviews. While the nature of the work seemed interesting the people I spoke with weren't forthcoming with important aspects of the day to day and environment. Got the impression there's limited autonomy with all decisions made by one boss and everyone else was an implementer. Lack of innovation and so-so salary were the final nails in the coffin
