Applied online. Got phone interview after a month. Basic science questions. Next round was a phone interview with the Hiring Manager which was about technical work experience. Final round was with 3 managers and the questions were about the details in the resume. The managers were friendly but questions are too open ended. Difficult to understand what they look for in a candidate.

Interview
Passed 3 rounds of interviews (2 phone interviews and 1 face to face interview). The first phone interview asks some situational and technical questions. The second phone interview asks about interpersonal skills. The face to face interview (3:1) overviews the experience and background. The interviewers are talkative and kind. Unfortunately I didn't get the offer. Probably because of the lack of communication skills but I'm not sure.
