1.- Applied online
2.- Got a phone from someone of the team to ask when I can go for an interview
3.- Had an interview. With some questions about my prior experience and then technical questions
4.- Had a second interview with the hiring manager to negotiate salary.
5.- Got an acceptance letter. I accepted.
6.- Went through the tedious HR process of hiring (giving lot of documents for HR and then for a screening company, not hearing a thing for a very long time, getting a mail with the date I have to go to sign the contract)
