First a technical phone interview was scheduled, which lasted about 15 minutes and consisted mostly of chemistry related questions. Then I got a call to schedule an in-person interview, which lasted from 9AM to 1PM. There were more chemistry questions, a tour of the labs, lunch, and an interview with the hiring manager that was more personality related questions.
