Interview via phone by the HR mgmt they asked about your work experience,expected salary and why do you want to leave the current company. You are then invited for a 45min-60 min interview with the hiring Manager. The Manager will asked you about your experience , why do you think you are qualified for the job, and your aspirations for the future.
