You receive a call to schedule a date for the interview. There are about 2-3 interviewers: direct manager/supervisor in your department, new manager on the floor to gain experience in hiring, and human resource representative. They ask about 5-8 questions. Individual interviews only, no group.

Sit down interview with questions and then a tour of the lab. Pre employment drug screen and physical required after offer is given. The whole process is very simple and standard to all companies

I did one phone interview with the plant manager. It went really easy because he was a nice guy. Asked standard questions about lab safety and personal experience. After one month they gave me the job. No second interview.
