Interview
The interview was quite laid-back. The call center team lead asked some basic customer service questions. She also talked about the software we would use during calls, the weekly schedule, and the responsibilities of the role.
The interview was surely a breeze. I was asked to translate between English and Vietnamese. There were basic behavioral questions. I felt very welcomed and supported throughout the whole process.
