One of the worst interview processes I’ve ever been involved in. 1. Normal screening from HR. Calls back the night before Thanksgiving at 6:30 PM excitedly saying that the client wants to see my resume. They were in a hurry he said. 2. On short notice, interview with PM who seemed enthusiastic and more or less said “I want to help you for your interview with the client.” 3. I followed up - no response for 4.5 weeks from the HR or PM. 4. Received a call from HR (4.5 weeks later) requesting a final interview with the client. She didn’t know what time, but it was a 1 hour video interview with 5+ attendees. Used more PTO foe the interview. 5. Received a call that night at 6 PM from PM requesting additional work examples. She said the client was making a final decision on 12/23 (before Christmas). 6. Ghosted. Twice, in the same process. Never even answered my submission of work examples. Overall treated like a piece of meat and I ultimately would have declined an offer.
