Interview
Internal interview process, transferring from another area. Consisted of being interviewed by three leaders in the department - one VP, one AVP and the hiring Director. Each a separate interview lasting around 20 minutes. The last person was the Director who was almost 10 minutes late and spent most of her time looking at her phone and not me.

Consistent with all three, describe a workplace conflict and how did you manage it?
Interview was with one manager in person with another on the phone. Follow up interview was in person with an executive. The actual job turned out to be nothing like what was described.
The first part of the application process is to apply online. Once it was reviewed and deemed that I at least met minimum qualifications. Then a f2f interview, was set up. The final process is the selection process this could be a while as they do an extensive background check.

Interview
1.5 hour interview seemed too long. Many open ended questions. Not sure what notes the interviewing was taking but typed a lot during the interview. There is a timed test after the interview.
