Online application: CV and competencies, quite arduous. Then invited to interview in London, includes numeracy test, competency based questions and economics knowledge questions. Once completed, heard back within 4 weeks and was given offer.
Quite straught forward, online tests leading to an online interview comprising of several micro and macro economics questions, anything beyond A-Level knowledge a bonus. Interviewers were friendly and asked follow up questions probing deeper into my answers which felt supportive.
