Interview
I was greeted by the HR manager, who then took me into a separate room with another employee. This person then talked with about 30 minutes about their company, allowing me to ask any questions. Afterwards, I was given a writing assignment for which I had about two hours to complete. This included a made-up description of someone requesting a visa, including their project, a description of a researcher, and two writing samples. 800-1000 words total. I then ghost wrote the recommendation, and then submitted the project on a Gmail account that they gave me. Then, the interviewer asked about 25 minutes of questions before I left.

Interview
Done in a very timely manner. Had to complete a grammar assessment, then was invited to an on-site interview, where I was to draft a sample document- this took three hours to complete.

Interview
Within 24 hours of applying online I was asked to complete a grammar test in 24 hours. Then, they offered me a phone interview. She told me that I'd also have to complete a timed writing test. The interview began with my interviewer quickly describing everything I had researched about the company. She went into more detail about what type of writing writers do. They ghost-write recommendation and petition letters. The interview lasted about 45 minutes. The writing assessment was hard for me to do in the time allotted. It was a recomendation letter ghost-written from the point of view of an advisor to the person applying for a visa. I had to write at least 900 words in 3 and 1/2 hours. Reading the instructions and research likely accounted for 45 minutes of that.

Interview
After applying online, I was first asked to complete a grammar worksheet. I was then invited to either a phone or in-person interview. The in-person interview included a 3-hour writing assignment. I wish I had chosen the phone interview option—the assignment wasn't overly difficult, but I had trouble concentrating and completing the assignment within the given timeframe.
