HII Structural Welder interview questions

Got called in for a interview about 2 weeks after I applied for the position and was made a offer up front. Came back following week did drug screen, physical abilities, and medical screening. 3 weeks later got a firm offer and start date.

I got a call about 2 weeks after i applied to set up an interview date. The interview was pretty straight forward, mostly about my experience and what training and school's i attended. I also got the job offer that day and negotiated my wage. I returned about 2 weeks later for my orientation and screenings, after that i entered the welding school that is onsite to test as a structure welder but passed through the test so quickly that they bumped me up to a pipe welder.
