Interview
Was a quick single-call interview where we discussed my skills and resume with a general discussion afterwards - they seem to prefer a quick hiring process when they need staff for a contract. Overall interview was pleasant and straightforward. Makes sense that they were also quick to lay off several people at the end of the contract, though.

Interview
A call from HR and a 2 hour long interview. The call from HR was about 10 minutes. The interview involved 3 rounds of people. 2 from systems, 2 from software, and 2 senior managers.
It went really well and was mostly behavior based. Was 2 pmo and the lead developer. They asked questions about my c# skills and js. There were also questions about how I have contributed to my team at my current company.

It was a semi technical interview with a senior dev and a manager. They asked a few technical questions and behavioral questions. It was over the phone. Not a lot of leet code
