I went to the interview with a positive enthusiastic attitude that I had the job. I was asking the manger questions on my way to the place where I would be interviewed to get to know him. Once we started the interview, I answered questions with no hesitation or problems, thinking that my interview went well. Once the interview was done, I spoke with the recruiter and he gave me tips on my resume and told me about jobs that I would be qualified for. A couple of days after my interview, I sent a think you letter to the recruiter for giving me a chance to interview with the company. The manager and recruiter both told me that I was the first person to interview for the position and there were two positions to be filled, but what I found odd was, the exact job was taken down, and reposted eight day's after my interview and they allegedly hadn't schedule the rest of the interviews after me. Once I noticed that the position was reposted, I immediately became discourage and eventually didn't get the job. I sent another thank you note, just letting the recruiter know, thanks for considering me for the position. The same day I received the email about me not getting the job, the position was reposted again, but as a level 1 position. I reapplied to show that I wasn't giving up and they considered me again, but this time I was turned away again without an interview just like the other hundred of positions I applied for. I have three degrees, and neither has landed me a job with this company, but I keep applying.
