After a brief phone interview, I was asked to come in and meet some of the team. I met my future supervisor, some of the people I would be working with, and the HR person. Each person asked me a few questions on my experiences and expectations. I responded with the honest answers and was made an offer.

Text message to schedule, interviewed in office with hiring manager, Questions in general were very generic to maintain similarity between interviews. Upfront with expectations, responsibilities and growth potential of job.

Phone interview by Program Manager followed by HR contact. Interview was two phased - one in person and one via conference call. Very straight forward assessing you and your fit with the company.
