I applied online. I interviewed at HHS (Toledo, OH) in Jul 2024
Interview
They lie to you and tell you that you are hired, but then give you a 10 day or less evaluation of how you perform at the out of state training camp. After your first 5 to ten day, they surprise you and Fire you. This has happened to at least 50 people or more, from what I have heard from several surviving managers

Question 1
That it was mandatory that they disrupt my life and fly me to Houston for 10days, on a mandatory 12 hours a day for 7 days straight. If you do something they dont like, they fire you and send you home the next day.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HHS in Jun 2015
Interview
Very long process.... Four interviews in all. They try to intimidate you at first, but when they notice that you don't get intimidated easily the mood changes rather quickly. Interviewed with EVP, VP, Director, and Client. Also performed several types of interviews; face to face, webex, and phone. Very easy interviews. Client was impressed with resume and military experience. Ask what thoughts were on a couple of non related questions. Most interviews were upfront about long hours.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at HHS (Clermont, FL) in Feb 2012
Interview
Straight forward via recruiter. Phone interview followed up with an in person interview with VP. The phone interview lasted about 30 minutes. A few days later the VP called and lined up an in person interview. E interview was straight forward and professional. The VP asked real life type of questions and not the silly scenario questions.
