Interview
The Exact Process as sent via email: "The whole process can take up to 3 hours to complete. You will be greeted by a Recruiter who will gather your information before moving you onto the next room in Zoom to complete the interview assessment and internet speed test with a recruiter. The interview assessment and internet speed test can take roughly 30 minutes to complete. Once you have completed the assessment and speed test you will be moved to an additional room to await your interview with a Recruiter. This interview will be conducted via video so please be prepared to be on camera. The interview can take roughly 30 minutes to complete. If you are selected to move forward with your interview process, you may be required to complete a 2nd interview with someone from Training. If you receive an offer the same day we will be transfer you to the Celebration Room to speak with a Recruiting Coordinator. The Recruiting Coordinator will assist you with completing onboarding documentation." It was all horribly glitchy. the assessment was glitching out, the original internet chatbot interview never worked and glitched worse. They couldn't keep it simple. They were also 30 minutes late, kept everyone waiting, didn't care, and didn't even say sorry.
