Interview
Applied Online, was invited to an interview later that week. Interview took 3 hours overall, with a three part skills test involving IT/Numeracy and Literacy sections. There was then a "Desert Island" group task. This was followed by 1to1 interviews which were the shortest part and they asked 4 questions out of a set they had seemed like a random choice. People were all very friendly and the interview flowed more like a chat than a strict question and answer.

Very quick and easy. It was a telephone interview and the interview asked some Situational Judgement questions and then asked me why I wanted to work for HGS, and also a bit about myself and my expectations.

Strange. Applied through indeed, received a online assessment to which I failed, to which I was informed after chasing up.
Then received a email for a telephone interview.then the same online test was sent again. Did not pass interview as I didn't have the qualifications or somebody else has more suitable qualifications than me. The job role did not advertise that qualifications be needed. I had the relevant experience. The feedback was not clear enough.

Interview
It was a regular interview process, the usual questions. We talked through email and on the telephone. I completed some assessments online and then I was offered the position. It was simple.
