HGGC interview questions

couple rounds, multiple people, talked with a lot of folks, nice people, good process, mix of easy and hard questions, in palo alto, was a good time, multiple rounds, it was great, good interview

I had a total of 4 rounds of interviews. The interviews were pretty easy, one of them included a case study and the last one was in person. Through the interviews, I could tell HGGC is very unstructured and unprofessional. To start off, I made it to the final round with this firm and they completely ghosted me after I spent a whole day traveling to Palo Alto and meeting with the team. Some red flags I noticed were that they mentioned that a lot of the work I would do is not in the job description, they clearly lacked diversity of employees, and they do not care about the candidate experience.
