Ask technical questions about telecom , specially LTE , optimization parameter and basic structure. about idle mode connected mode HO para load balancing and improve main kpi like drop cssr HO volte..
two diffrent interviwes with 2 partners. most ot the interviwes are "personal", not profesional. if you knoe the department that you would wish to join, then this might help in the interview.

Interview process was quick & done by arranging 3 round of process. 1st & 2nd was technical and last round was with CEO of company at high level. They have quickly done process & given the offer letter within 2-3 days
