HEXBUG interview questions

Application - review - interview via Skype. First, I'm revealing that I'm not American. The interviewee was a little bit late for the interview. During the interview, the interviewee said straight forward that they don't offer sponsorship at all, so I said I don't need sponsorship now because I'm authorized to work. I got an email in a week that says they've decided to go forward with other candidates. I'm not sure if it was because of my status or my ability, but it was good to know the fact they don't support foreign workers.

The company was in the school career fair so it was pretty easy just to approach and start a conversation. I had a scheduled interview with the employer, I sat down, we introduced each other and started talking about my portfolio and my goals as a designer. The interview was short because the employer fell asleep while I was talking to him, It was very misleading and rude.
