Applied via LinkedIn. Response time was pretty fast, got the first interview scheduled within two weeks. First interview was online and mainly technical. The second interview was on-site at the Shibuya office, more of a vibe-check interview. It was scheduled for an hour, but they cut it short at around the 30-minute mark. It took around 5 more days to get to the phone call notifying I had passed. Both interviews were conducted in Japanese.
