Within a week of sending a cover letter and resume, I got a call. I said very little, but listened for a long time about the story, the tenets of the foundation and what the position would include. Then I was asked if I was interested, and of course I was.

Interview
Over the phone interview which was real laid back. Normal questions about availability and informing me of the job details. Told me about my other employees that would be working with me to make sure that was all well.
