Interview
The initial contact was with personnel from Human Resources. The series of interviews, a total of three included the office manager, project managers and design leaders. The expectations of the open position, the office culture and its way of working and delivering the work were reaffirmed by the interviewing team. Some notable projects were discussed. The team also reviewed a digital portfolio that was presented of my experience.

What was a challenging situation with a client and how did you approach this?
Campus career fair interview and standard portfolio review. A senior and a junior designer from the New York office conducted the interview. The interview was approximately 45 minutes. The interviewers presented a comprehensive and useful overview of the firm and ongoing work.

What experience and skills do you have relevant to job description?
It was a short in-person interview with 2 upper-level members of the office. Questions were architecture and office culture focused. An architectural portfolio was required and discussed in the interview. No follow-ups before getting a job offer.
