I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HD Supply (Jacksonville, FL) in Jan 2024
Interview
Interview process was pretty straight forward. You speak to a screener which their job is to weed out under qualified applicants and make sure the hiring managers have engaged candidates. After that you. Typically go to a final interview depending on the downline. You might get a panel interview or interview with a direct manager. Typically it's a panel interview so they can choose what downline is best fit for you. They ask "STAR" questions. So practice up on these. "Tell me about a time when." Make sure to clearly convey the Situation Task Action and Result. Keep it short if you get lost in the details so do they. IE "I once faced with (X) when I was tasked with (Y) So I did (Z) which achieved (A) once you are accepted it's typical pre-hire tasks from there.

Question 1
Tell me a time you had to overcome an issue to make sales plan
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at HD Supply (New Braunfels, TX) in Oct 2025
Interview
I’ve received calls from two different hiring managers, and the process felt somewhat unorganized. Both asked the same questions and followed nearly identical templates, which suggested there wasn’t much communication between them. Additionally, I applied for a remote position, but during the calls, I was told it’s actually semi-hybrid, requiring in-office training and periodic office visits each month. That’s not a true remote role, and it would be helpful if the job posting clearly reflected those expectations upfront.
