It was pretty relaxed! First, I had a phone call with an HR recruiter, that was more like a casual chat about my interests in the software/construction industry. That was followed by a video call with two people that I would potentially be working with/under at the company, part of which was a coding challenge that was fairly reasonable. Following this, I received an offer.
