Due to the acquisition of 3G/2G division of Alcatel Lucent by HCL Technologies, was directly employed as a HCL Employee with no interview process. The entire process from the HR of HCL finalising the package for the employees till the receipt of the offer letter till the joining would have taken a month.
hr round and technical round with manager two rounds of interview . and then hr updates you if your selected or not. the calls occurs within one weeks time. and the hr enquires on current ctc and expected ctc. the hr gives you a clear statement of how the salary will be.

It began with a hackathon as a group of 5 people, where we designed and developed a complete end-to-end architecture for a delivery application. This was followed by a one-on-one technical interview.
