The interview process was easy and straightforward. There’s also a part of the interview where you shadow someone in the position you’re looking for. It was tea helpful to she what the job is like before actually accepting an offer.
Was with the Nurse Manager and 2-3 nurses. Interview was about 30 minutes to an hour long. Was more focused on how you work as a team. They really like my customer experience!
I interviewed with three different people. It took two hours and met with clinical leader of both units, charge nurse, and HR. questions were not bad, just a lot of situation based
