The interview process was very good initial interview was one on one then you return for a panel interview a series of questions give examples of your experience also described how would you provide excellent customer services how would you analyze the situation how would you seek answers if you don't know what you did what you make sure that everything is done correctly I left undone what is your weakness and want to show strength
