Interview
Had to take a personality assessment before I met with a recruiter via zoom. Then had a Zoom interview with the Division boss. Then had an in-person interview at the hospital with 2 rounds - one with other Directors, and one with the CEO. Got the offer within a few hours of leaving the hospital.
