The interview process began well and lasted a couple of months. The recruiter and CNO at Valley called to discuss the position and asked if I was interested in an offer after jumping through many hoops/waiting two months. After that no one reached out. No one responded. Being ghosted and led on as a professional is mind blowing. I’ve interviewed and worked for many healthcare systems, but this one takes the cake. I wish the very best for your organization’s success, but it’s no surprise providers wish to not work at this facility.
