The interview process was smooth, professional, and welcoming. From the initial communication to the final interview, the team was respectful, clear, and engaging. Each step allowed me to showcase my skills and learn more about the organization’s values. I appreciated the opportunity to speak with both HR and clinical staff, which gave me a deeper understanding of the role and the supportive work culture. Overall, it was a positive experience that strengthened my interest in joining the team
Slow. Also had in-person interview canceled more than once. This experience is made way more difficult with lackluster recruiters. The hiring manager was responsive, but the lack of communication from the recruiter to the manager made the process frustrating. Ultimately, they went with another candidate and failed to cancel my in person interview until I was already at the hospital.

Interview
Once you submit your application your recruiter will contact you and do a brief phone interview. She/He will then schedule you for an interview person interview to meet with the manager of your unit. At the time of the interview with your unit manager you will shadow an employee who has the same job title you applied for for approximately 2 hours. A job offer offer will then be extended if they would like to hire you.

Interview
It was the nurse managers and two other PCT’s who were the lead PCT’s that were invited in by the manager. I felt very welcomed and not overwhelmed by the amount of people in the interviewing room. They showed me around and had me feeling like I was apart of the family.
