heavy emphasis on working way more than 40 hours a week and to expect not to use bonus PTO that would accumulate - 6 person interview for 1 hour final round that just felt like overkill
They asked about my background and how i would add benefit to their team. Asked what I can contribute to their company. The interviewer was professional and gave plenty of time to finish my sentence
