Round table, With interview questions between all professions followed by a question-and-answer portion. Then the supervisor took me personally around the clinic and within the building to show me that unique attributes to working at that specific center.

Interview with department manager was friendly and informative. Subsequent peer interview was very pleasant with fun questions. Two therapist asked a series of behavioral questions that seemed to focus on conflict resolution and teamwork.

1st round :Meeting with hiring Director, 5-10 minutes of conversation, nothing to crazy. 2nd round : Meeting with Panel 2-3 people, 4-5 questions. Checklist type questionaire. Overall about a 1 hour procress. From start to finish.
