I filled out an online application which had several questions about relevant work experience. After that I got an invitation for a phone interview and to fill out a pre employment assessment. The phone interview was straightforward and there were several behavioural and situational questions. After that, I was scheduled for a shadowing day the next week. That was the last step of the interview process.

They do discriminate went on the interview they employer said how much they love my skills and credentials and call back a week later saying I’m not selected.employee did not give a reason why

It started as a large group but then we broke off into a small group of 3 and the interviewer. We took a tour of the floor we would be working on and then did our interviews 1 on 1. The questions were relevant. I hope I got the job !

How have you dealt with a difficult customer or patient?
It was a waste of time due to the fact that they didn’t make it clear about hour they were hiring during the event that occurred in Osceola Florida I felt like I wasn’t worth nothing when they told me I had to wait because I wasn’t apparently fit for the position
