Interview
15-30 minute phone interview screen about job position and asking of your qualifications. Interviewer was friendly, while the questions were asked, the interviewer would type your response on the computer. If the interviewer wants you to move on to the next step of an in person interview, they will forward your profile to the appropriate party.
I went to a hiring event where the nurse manager sat with me and asked me about myself and a few situational questions. It was informal and was overall a good experience. I decided to decline the offer to pursue a different HCA location.

Interview
I was first asked to do a video interview with about 10 general nurse interview questions. After the video interview I was asked to come in for an in person interview. The overall interview process was fine and everyone was extremely friendly.
