The application included a behavioral/personality assessment. The recruiter contacted me and conducted a preliminary interview. She forwarded some of my answers, including what was most important to me in a position, to the onsite team. I then completed an interview with the team. As a member of the team is in my profession, they asked a variety of skill based as well as work habits based questions. Overall, the recruiter and team members at HCA were among the most professional and pleasant of any group with whom I have interviewed.
