Interview process at HCA is a night mare. I have attended the interview and I was constantly in touch with the HR Department but somehow there is a communication gap with in the organization which is resulted as I was selected for first two rounds and they completed my documentation process final round there was miscommunication. Below are the detailed explanation.
This has to do with the interview procedure that happened on February 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM at your HCA Hyderabad office.
After completing my first round, I am supposed to wait for the second round with AVP.
I was informed that the AVP was very busy and that a different interview panel was involved in the second round after waiting for two or three hours. I also cleared that round. On the sixteenth, I was asked to submit the documentation.
I was waiting for your response. Meanwhile, I was following up with HR, who schedules my interview. On February 23rd, he said, he informed the HRVP Head that "Approval is pending they are working on it" because it was still outstanding.
He told me that he had pushed for the offer letter when I followed up with him on Friday, February 27, 2026. On Friday, 27th, 2026, I gave him a call in the evening to ask how things were going. He informed me that I would hear from HR either on Friday or Monday.
On March 2, 2026, I called HR. That day, HR told me that the AVP round was long delayed and that HR wanted me to go to the interview. The date was set for Tuesday, March 3, 2026. I joined early because it was meant to begin at 3:30 PM IST, but HR called me again to let me know that AVP was busy and to ask if we could reschedule for 5:00 PM.Around 5:00 PM, someone came in and started interviewing candidate. I eventually realized it wasn't an interview with AVP, so I urged him to hold off while I got in touch with HR to update me. During the call, HR informed the interviewer that Candidate would be attending the AVP interview and that two technical rounds had been completed.
HR told me over the phone that there was a misunderstanding and that will be sorted out.
Because AVP is busy, I have frequently had to wait longer hours for him to do the interview; however, someone else is interacting with me to cover up AVP's hectic schedule.
As job seekers at HCA, we understand the interviewer's (AVP) hectic schedule, but HCA should respect ours and make sure interviews happen on time.
