Interview
In the process of relocating. Applied for PACU position online. Nurse Recruiter called. Spoke to her briefly about position and salary. She has set up an interview with Department Manager. Will do telephone interview on Thursday with Surgical Director. So far the application process has taken a week. (We played phone tag) Nurse Recruiter was very professional and friendly. Will see how Thursday's interview goes, and will hopefully get an offer :)

Salary expectations, and if call and hours were acceptable.
Very standard, began with recruiter screening and then pivots to direct manager interview with another nurse leader. Interview process lasted about 2 weeks turnaround time. Easy questions, and easy to talk to!

I shadowed the unit with one of the employees, then I spoke with the manager after. It was very casual and didn't feel like an interview. I was offered a position not too long after.

Average interview experience. Lasted 30 minutes and shadowed unit. Interviewed by other RN as well. Asked typical interview questions. Very quick interview and hiring process. Took about 3-5 days to answer.
