Simple phone call that asked about previous experience I had listed on my resume. Interviewer asked what career path I wished to pursue and was helpful enough to inform me that more suitable positions for what I wanted in a career were to open up soon.

No particular part of the interview was difficult.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HAVI (Downers Grove, IL) in Apr 2019
Interview
First was a phone screening, where the interviewer explained what they were looking for and asked me to go through my resume and work experience.
The interviewer was friendly and quickly scheduled another interview with the hiring manager which was more technical.
