Got a call from consultancy and i explained my expectation very clearly in terms of CTC, later they checked with Harman and confirmed that it's fine. I attended F2F whole day long interview process (5 Rounds) and finally feedback was positive. Post 2 days i got to know from consultancy that they can't match up my expectation. 2-months later i got call directly from Harman about new opening, i explained about my previous experience to HR and she confirmed that she is fine with my expectation. Again i went to attend F2F round with many candidates, it went whole day long and got to know feedback was positive. Proactively i followed up with HR and got to know that Project is on hold and as expected they never came back. I spoke to few people who were also part of the process and came to know that opening was meant to only 3-4 Yrs experienced candidates. It was so frustrating. its all about publicity and market gimmick that without proper requirement Harman calls people and showcase their existence in the market. As i got this feedback from Many people. So guys be aware of this Company and do proper check while applying.

Smooth and straightforward process. 3 rounds of discussion followed by managerial debate.
The interviewer is like to have a discussion but not like only questioning.
All rounds were easy and salary is as per market standard not above.

Contacted by HR and first round of Technical interview,
second round of Manager discussion with the role , and third round Onsite Team Managerial plus technical round.
fourth round was the HR discussion and salary negotiation.
All interviewers were friendly and cleared all doubts even if I could not answer a few technical questions.
They were basically wants a candidate to have good understanding of the basics and knowledge of the product workflow.
