Saw for the first time contractor employee taking the interview. I doubt this company does not have enough employees to interview candidates.
Basic question from my resume and given opportunity to ask question.

Question 1
Write a program to find the total number of distinct ways to climb n stairs while you are allowed to climb 1 or 2 stairs at a time.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HAL Robotics (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Mar 2017
Interview
2 weeks for process spread over 4 rounds. 1st 30 min Telephonic followed by technical round over skype. 90 min of F2F followed by meeting with entire team which is small though.
