Start with a written test, followed by HR interview with basic background check. Finally interview by the department engineer/manage for technical knowledge. In general the interview process is not difficult.

What is the material of a random engine component.
40-60 interview process, both HR and technical side questions. About 20 questions split between. No tests were done all questions and answering. Explain the main thermodynamic stages of a gas turbine engine and how compressor/turbine performance affect thrust.
