H1 interview questions

I had a screener call with one of their senior recruiters. It was standard questions. They never returned any follow up emails regarding the status of the interview process, not even a generic out response from a standard ATS system.

The recruiter got back to me almost a month after I had applied. I had a brief call with her and then a call with the hiring manager. After a week or so they sent me a take home test. After that, they never got back to me at all. Total waste of my time and my effort!
