I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at H&R Block (Sacramento, CA) in Nov 2009
Interview
The interview was preety easy for a group/panel interview. I felt relaxed and answered shortly but got to the point. The ladies that interviewed us were very niece people, friendly and this really helped us to be less nervous or stressed about the questions. The questions were preety basic and easy. After a week I went to my second interview with the office manager where I chose to work and it was a little bit difficult but not impossible and I did my best and after a couple of days I got a phone call from the manager, telling me that I was hired for the position, thing that made me so happy. So my advice for everybody who will attend an interview is not to be afraid or too stressed because it's not too bad like it seems and the recruiters are human beings like us so try to relax and be professional, smile and have a positive attitude. Good luck for everybody!

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had a stressful work situation and how did you resolve it?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at H&R Block (Akron, OH) in Dec 2017
Interview
The hiring and interviewing process was extremely laid back. The laid back nature of the whole thing, at least for me, helped ease a lot of anxiety I probably would have had otherwise. The interview felt more like a conversation than an interview. It didn't feel like I was being drilled with questions and then judged upon my answers. This helped me to actually be able to portray myself the way I wanted to.
