Interview
They emailed me asking if I could come in for an interview that was 45 min - 1 hour long. I met with the office manager, and we talked for a bit, then he introduced me to everyone in the office. Didnt ask any engineering questions.
The interview was about 2 hours long. The employer asked some general questions about engineering and some technical questions specific about structural design. They gave a good amount of information about the projects they worked on and explained what they expect for the candidate.

Interview
Was interviewed by the office manager and the inspection manager. Asked about my interests, general questions on courses I had taken in grad school. They also talked about the bridge inspection work they do in Mid-Atlantic region. Then they took me around the office and introduced me to some of the staff and engineers. While introducing me, their interaction with other engineers seemed awkward. I got a sense that office morale may be low due to internal politics, because other engineers were reluctant to talk.
