Interview
Straightforward, no trickery. Objectives seemed to revolve around initiative taking and "doing the right thing". After applying online expect a call back in about a week to a week and a half. Checkers and all partners dealing with cash handling will also have a second interview with the Ops Leader of the store

The process is simple enough, its mostly a lot of STAR based questions. And the digital interview is basically the same as the in person. The questions most of the time will be identical, if not extremely similar.

Describe a time you were tasked to work with a team
It was easy and straightforward. I received a call back days later and went in for an interview. The manager was very engaged and felt like a conversation. I was called a week later to being my onboarding process.
I interviewed at a grocery store where the manager asked about my customer service skills and availability. The atmosphere was friendly, and I felt confident discussing my past teamwork experience.
