Interview
The interview process while I was at H-E-B had been comprised of me downloading an application onto my phone called HireVue, in which the interview would actually be taking place. The application itself was not designed the best, and I found that interface of the application to be quite glitchy and awkward to navigate through. The interview would work as follows: A prompt would appear the top of the phone of the screen indicating the user to seek a place of good lighting and camera conditions, after selecting okay, the phone would then fade and flash the prompt at the same position at the top of the screen, You would then have 5 minutes to begin to think of your answer and then the application would force a recording of the next 2-5 minutes answering the question. You had 3 re-record options before it would submit the final one no matter what.

Two interviews before getting the job. The first one is a group interview, they want to see your personality traits among other people and your knowledge about the store. You just want to come in confident and have a little knowledge about H.E.B in general. The second interview is a one-on-one, traditional interview. However, mines took less than 10 mins from start to finish and I was only asked scenario-based questions
