Terrible experience. Recruiter reached out after the career fair to set up a phone screen. Had to reschedule and only gave prior day notice. That is fine, but at our rescheduled time I did not receive a phone call. It took me sending an email 20 minutes into what was supposed to be a 30 minute interview slot for her to remember our call. At the conclusion of the call, I was told I would be advanced to the next round and to expect an email within a week, and to be patient because of a system change. Over 2 weeks later - still no email - I reach out. 3 days after sending a follow up, so almost 3 weeks after the initial screen, I get a message saying they are moving on with other candidates. Very unprofessional. A clear lack of communication and organization made this an awful experience.
